Payment Policy
100% advance payment is required at the time of booking, prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid any penalties.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation charge.
- Promotional reservations requiring 100% advance deposit are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-amendable for the full duration of the stay.
Refund Policy
- Upon receiving a valid cancellation request (in line with the policy), the hotel will initiate the refund process via the payment gateway.
- The refund will be processed to the credit card used at the time of booking.
- The refunded amount should typically appear in the next billing cycle of the credit card.
- Please allow 30–45 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.
