Identity Proof
In keeping with Government regulations, all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) are required to carry a valid photo identity at the time of check-in.
- Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
- Indian nationals must provide a government-issued photo ID with address proof such as:
- Driving License
- Passport
- Aadhar Card
- Voter ID Card
- PAN Card will not be accepted as valid ID proof.
- Guests with corporate bookings must provide proof of corporate affiliation at check-in.
Guarantee Policy
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card at the time of reservation. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours before the planned date of arrival to avoid charges.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a one-night accommodation charge.
- Promotional bookings requiring 100% advance payment are:
- Non-cancellable
- Non-refundable
- Non-amendable for the entire stay duration
Refund Policy
On valid cancellation requests as per our policy, the refund process will be initiated through the original mode of payment (credit card).
- Refunds will be processed through the bank that issued the credit card.
- The refund should reflect in your next billing cycle.
- Depending on the bank, the credit may take 30-45 business days to appear.
